Realty AZ Central was founded by two real estate industry veterans, committed to excellence in customer satisfaction. Additionally, as you read about them, you will see that their connection to Phoenix real estate dates back to the late 1920's.
Richard Simon
Co-Founder
Richard has over 12 years of experience in the local Real Estate market and is a co-founder of Realty AZ Central. His focus is to provide a reliable and local resource that will offer guidance to everyone from a first-time home buyer to a first-time investor alike. He offers valuable insight to the Phoenix real estate market and understands the needs and financial objectives of each individual can vary.
Richard is the grandson of Bob Mutschler, a real estate developer who moved to Phoenix in 1913. The Mutschler family purchased over 100 acres of land between Osborne and Indian School Road on 56th Street in the late 1920's and ran multiple successful businesses on the property, eventually selling much of the property. Currently, what is known as Arcadia Park, was part of this original tract of land. Mutschler remained active in the real estate sales business until his death in 2011 (at age 98) and his grandson, now carries on his legacy through Realty AZ Central.
Scott Roberts
Co-Founder
Scott has over 9 years of experience in the Phoenix real estate market as both a Broker and investor. He is the co-founder of Realty AZ Central and is dedicated to providing up to date market information for consumers and realtors alike. Scott prides himself on providing knowledge on both the Arizona real estate market as well as the mortgage lending market. He is passionate about educating consumers to help them make informed decisions during their home buying process.
